Super Easy Tropical Chia Pudding

Super Easy Tropical Chia Pudding

This super easy tropical chia pudding recipe is the ideal snack or dessert! It's creamy, super satisfying, and bursting with protein and fiber – a treat that’ll leave you smiling!🌈

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients:
In a bowl or jar, add the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract (optional)

Mix Well:
Stir the mixture well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. You can also shake the ingredients in a jar if you prefer.

Refrigerate:
Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and expand, creating a pudding-like texture.

Stir Again:
After the pudding has set, give it a good stir. If it’s too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Serve:
Top your chia pudding with fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, granola for extra flavor.

Enjoy your nutritious and delicious chia pudding!😍

Optional Variations:

Chocolate Chia Pudding: Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the mixture before refrigerating.
Berry Chia Pudding: Blend fresh or frozen berries into the pudding before refrigerating for a fruity flavor.
